In terms of detection efficiency, the camera can reach a detection speed of 354fps at 640×512 full resolution, which can match the high-speed transmission rhythm of semiconductor production lines. By setting ROI to flexibly capture images of key areas, the frame rate can be further improved, data transmission volume can be reduced, and dual requirements of high precision and high speed can be achieved. Currently, this product has been widely used in many fields such as semiconductor wafer inspection, filling inspection, plastic classification inspection, photovoltaic inspection, and food inspection, providing an efficient solution for improving industry yield.

In addition to high-end special cameras, MindVision's conventional industrial cameras have also been widely recognized by the market for their high cost performance and stable performance. Its GigE series industrial cameras are compatible with GigE Vision and GenICam standards, covering various color and black-and-white CMOS and CCD chips, supporting global shutter and rolling shutter, with a pixel range from 300,000 to 65 million, and can be fully compatible with mainstream vision software such as Labview, Halcon, and VisionPro.
