1. Warranty period
Standard warranty period : Usually 24 months warranty is provided (from the date of signature for receipt of the product).
Cover content :
✅ Hardware failure that occurs under normal use (such as sensors, circuit boards, etc.).
✅ Manufacturing defect at the time of factory release.
Not covered by warranty :
❌ Man-made damage (impact, water ingress, unauthorized repair, etc.).
❌ Purchased through an unauthorized channel or unable to provide valid purchase credentials.
❌ Damage caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters and unstable voltage.
3. After-sales service process
Contact after-sales service : Submit after-sales service application through the official website /400 hotline, please provide:
Product serial number, purchase voucher, fault description (it is recommended to attach photos or videos).
Inspection confirmation : Official inspection will inform whether it is covered by warranty.
Repair/replace :
Free repair or replacement of the same model of product is provided during the warranty period (if inventory permits).
Non-warranty issues require paid repair, and the cost will be informed in advance.
4. Other services
Technical support : Free remote support including software debugging and driver installation.
Out-of-warranty service : Paid repair is available outside the warranty period, or upgraded models are recommended.
