      In the critical stage of industrial inspection continuing to move forward to high speed and high resolution, traditional image transmission and acquisition programs are facing significant performance bottlenecks.

      MindVision released the first 8K resolution, 256-level TDI, dual-optical port fiber optic transmission camera in China for this challenge - MV-H2FL84M/U, which takes dual-channel 16G fiber optic aggregation transmission (with a total bandwidth of 32Gbps), 256-level TDI technology, 8K high resolution and 440KHz high line frequency as its core technical advantages, and combines it with a self-developed dual fiber optic capture card to achieve transmission efficiency and high line frequency. The product takes the core technology advantage of dual-channel 16G fiber optic aggregation transmission (total bandwidth 32Gbps), 256-level TDI technology, 8K high resolution and 440KHz high line frequency, and combines with the self-developed dual fiber optic capture card to achieve breakthroughs in the improvement of the transmission efficiency, interference resistance and cost performance.

Dual 16G Optical Ports for 32Gbps Speed Channel

      MV-H2FL84M/U adopts dual 16G fiber optic interfaces, dual-channel concurrent operation mode, the total bandwidth of up to 32Gbps, equivalent to three 10 Gigabit network (10Gbps) industrial camera transmission capacity, to achieve the “one against three” performance across the market, compared with the current 20G program, the bandwidth performance increased by 60%. It solves the bandwidth bottleneck easily encountered by single-link transmission and provides natural link redundancy to ensure the high reliability of key applications.

8K Resolution 256-level TDI 440KHz Line Frequency

      8K high resolution provides the richest and most reliable image data source for semiconductor wafer defect detection, micron-level solder joints false solder detection of PCBA panels, and complex geometries of precision components.

     256-level TDI technology for weak light or high-speed movement conditions (such as high-speed online inspection, microscopic defect capture), but also can output high-contrast, low-noise clear image, significantly improve the accuracy and reliability of the inspection.

        The 440KHz ultra-high line frequency can also effectively suppress motion blur in the face of ultra-high-speed motion targets (e.g., high-speed assembly lines), ensuring that the image is free of dragging and distortion, and accurately capturing key details.

        The first 8K 256-class TDI dual-optical port fiber optic transmission camera in China, with line frequency up to 440KHz, compared with MindVision's 10Gb/s line array industrial camera - 256-class TDI series, the line frequency has been increased by 300% under the same pixel, which greatly improves the performance in dynamic scanning and fast object capturing.

Fiber Optic Transmission for Greater Anti-interference and Confidentiality

Fiber optic transmission conducts data through optical signals in glass/plastic fibers, which is not affected by external factors such as electromagnetic interference, radio frequency interference and lightning, etc. It is able to work stably in complex electromagnetic environments to ensure the quality and stability of image signals.

        Fiber optic transmission does not conduct electricity and does not produce electromagnetic radiation, so it has better confidentiality and security, and is suitable for use in a number of occasions with high requirements for signal security.

Self-developed Hardware Eco-synergy Optimization

        With MindVision's self-developed dual fiber optic capture card, it achieves efficient synergy between the optical port and the capture system, reduces the CPU usage rate, and at the same time ensures the camera's anti-interference and stability, realizes seamless connection between the camera and the capture card, eliminates the risk of compatibility with third-party equipment, and also optimizes the data caching mechanism to enhance the system's response speed.
