In long-distance production lines and environments with strong electromagnetic interference, signal attenuation, packet loss, and transmission latency are common issues, which can severely affect inspection precision and production stability.
The H2FL Series adopts a full fiber optic transmission architecture, fundamentally addressing these industry challenges:
Fiber optic transmission is immune to electromagnetic interference. Even in environments with motors, inverters, and other high-EMI equipment, the camera ensures stable and reliable data transmission, completely eliminating imaging blur and false detections caused by signal fluctuations.
Equipped with telecom-grade fiber optic jumpers, the transmission distance reaches up to 100 meters, making it ideal for large-scale production lines and multi-station layouts without additional relay devices, reducing both wiring costs and maintenance complexity.
The entire series is equipped with Dual 16Gbps bandwidth (10Gbps for selected models), providing sufficient throughput for ultra-high-speed imaging. Even in high-resolution, high-frame-rate scenarios, it enables uncompressed, real-time, low-latency transmission.

Supports 3-channel time-sequenced strobe lighting, allowing flexible strobe timing configuration for different applications such as multi-surface inspection, multilayer material detection, and high-speed object capture, significantly improving inspection flexibility.
Compatible with multiple industry standards and SDKs, and supports mainstream machine vision platforms. It can be quickly integrated into existing production systems without complex adaptation, significantly shortening development cycles and reducing deployment costs.
Built-in advanced image enhancement functions including 3D noise reduction and ISP acceleration, effectively suppressing image noise and improving clarity. Even in low-light or highly reflective environments, it delivers high-quality images for accurate AI inspection and defect detection.
The electrical design has undergone rigorous testing and uses aviation connector power supply (24V 2A) for enhanced vibration resistance and interference immunity.
