Detection difficulties


In the PCB manufacturing process, even a 0.1mm defect can cause circuit malfunction and seriously affect product yield. Traditional inspection methods face the following challenges:

1. Traditional production lines mostly use manual inspection, which consumes a lot of manpower and is affected by human fatigue, resulting in a high rate of missed defects.

2. Fixed-focus industrial cameras have a limited depth of field and cannot adapt to PCB warping and component height differences, resulting in blurred images.

Application Cases


PCB defect detection

Autofocus technology dynamically adjusts the optical focal length based on the distance between the object being measured and the visual system, switching between different focal lengths in microseconds to ensure that all targets on the PCB are clearly imaged. This enables effective detection of defects on the circuit board and clear identification of whether the product meets standards.
