24K Ultra-High Resolution: 410 Megapixels for Micron-Level Precision


The MV-PX41000C/M is equipped with a flagship sensor, delivering a stunning 410-megapixel resolution that brings 24K cinematic ultra-high-definition vision. Each frame captures extremely rich detail. With a 1.5μm × 1.5μm pixel size, it achieves precise restoration of microstructures while ensuring a large field of view, easily identifying micron-level defects and features invisible to conventional cameras.


Tailor-made for large-format flat panel display inspection, advanced semiconductor packaging, and aerial mapping: it clearly detects pixel-level line defects, tiny particles and uneven brightness in LCD/OLED/Micro-LED panel inspection; accurately presents ultra-fine scratches, particle contamination and bond quality on wafers in advanced semiconductor packaging; and captures centimeter-level ground features from high altitudes in aerial mapping, supporting high-precision mapping, disaster monitoring and resource exploration.

CXP12 Ultra-High-Speed Transmission: 48Gbps Bandwidth, 8fps Full-Frame Uncompressed Output


To handle massive 410-megapixel image data, the MV-PX41000C/M adopts the CXP12 (CoaXPress 12) high-speed interface standard. With multi-channel aggregation, it reaches a 48Gbps aggregate bandwidth, enabling stable 8fps full-frame, full-resolution output with zero compression and zero frame loss, perfectly matching high-speed automated production lines and real-time inspection.


It uses HD-BNC industrial-grade standard connectors with coaxial cables supporting transmission distances from 10 to 65 meters (depending on cable specifications). A single coaxial cable integrates image transmission, external trigger and power supply, greatly simplifying on-site wiring, reducing interference and improving system integration efficiency.

High resolution and sensitivity are often affected by thermal noise. The MV-PX41000C/M innovatively uses TEC thermoelectric cooling + water circulation cooling for precise temperature control.


Tests show this dual cooling system reduces sensor dark current noise by more than 90%, ensuring clean, low-noise, highly stable imaging even at low temperatures. It suppresses thermal noise for weak signal capture in semiconductor inspection and long-exposure imaging, providing high-SNR, high-contrast raw data for high-precision algorithm analysis.
